This affordable aged shu pu'er tuo from popular brand Dayi (also known as Menghai Tea Factory and their poor but official transliteration, Tae Tea Group) is made from medium-fermentation tippy buds. Each 100g tuo comes packaged in its original box with silica gel packet. Please let us know if you would like the silica gel packet removed before shipping.
The earth and wet bark flavors are clean and sweet, with a silky mouthfeel reminiscent of the famed golden needle white lotus cake.
Storage: This tea was stored in Menghai County, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province until we purchased it in 2019 directly from Dayi. It has been stored in Seattle since then.
